What are they made of ?

Here at Siren Synthetics we use the highest quality materials, we believe that if your investing in a fall or kit then it should last and stand up to repeat use. After all, you wont want to take off your new purchase once it arrives!

We have searched around the world for the best quality materials to use in our custom products. Many other sites will claim to use "high quality" hair but in fact use the cheapest (this is why they can charge extremely low prices), this results in a product that does not last or stand up to repeat use.

How long will they last ?

The life of our products varies depending upon what it is and how it is cared for. Many sites claim their products will last forever which is simply not true. To ensure our products have the longest life span possible we use the highest quality materials, importing many from abroad as they are simply not available here in the UK. This combined with experienced craftsmanship makes an extremely beautiful and hardwearing product.

Our falls are very durable and made to withstand repeated use as you will be constantly taking it on and off, if you care for and look after your Siren Synthetic fall properly then it will last for several years.

Our dreadlock kits are also built to be extremely durable. Generally dreadlock kits are meant to be worn for up to 3 months and then the braiding begins to slip so they need to be removed and your hair cleaned. Once you have done this they can be braided back into your hair to go again.

Can you install dreads or extensions ?

We can indeed install dreads, extensions, roving or any other hair piece. We currently work from Julian's Hair Studio so get in contact with us via our contact page to book an appointment!

Can I reuse dreadlock kits ?

As stated in the previous question yes our dreadlock kits can be reused after taking them out. If cared for correctly they will last you many uses. We can also perform maintenance on your falls or kits if required.

How long will my order take ?

The time it takes us to complete your order varies due to the fact all of our work is custom and completely hand made from scratch.

We do not use elysee star pre made dreadlocks like most custom hair sites, this is due to their low quality. Doing this allows them an extremely quick turn around but sacrifices the life span and look. We believe that your hair piece should be of the highest quality and therefore everything is hand made from scratch.

Can you make xx ?

We can make pretty much anything you can dream up, so if you have a few ideas for something you want or materials you want to use in your piece please contact us to discuss it further. Yes, we can make curly dreads but these half the overall length. We love working on extreme projects and ideas so the more extravagant the better! Don't worry though we still love working on the simplest too.

I want xx colour/shade, can you get it ?

Due to the fact we import the highest quality hair available we can match most shades and colours from an extensive range. If not then we can find the closest match and provide you with an image of the colour to check it.

Can you make me a fringe ?

Yes we can! We can make you a fringe to go with your existing hair piece or we can make one to go with your order. If you order a fringe with another hair piece we will provide it at a slightly discounted price. Our fringes easily clip onto your own hair and stay on until you unclip them. If you have another idea of how you wish it to attach please contact us as we would love to try your idea for you.

Do you provide cyber falls/cyberlox ?

We do indeed work with cyberlox aka crin. We can add this into a fall, make a complete fall from it or pretty much do anything you require with it. We can also provide it in a range of colours so contact us with what you require!

Do you make wigs ?

Yes we do make wigs, we have done before and still do! Our wigs are known to be some of the best around! We can put most things onto a wig so if you have an idea please do let us know. If you want just a regular dread wig we can do that also! So traditional to cyber wigs, come to Siren Synthetics!

How do I place an order ?

Since every single order is custom please contact us with a detailed description of what you want, we can then provide you with a custom quote and an estimate for how long it will take. Once you want to go ahead with your order you can make payment as mentioned in the next question. Your order will then be created and shipped out to you ready to wear. We will usually then request photos of you wearing the piece if you wish to be added to our galleries. If you are local then we may ask to book a photo shoot with you.

How can I pay ?

We accept several forms of payment. We accept paypal, cheque's and postal orders inside of the UK. If you are outside of the UK we can only accept paypal. If you do not have a paypal account do not worry, their service now allows you to transfer money to us securely without having to register your details.
