Dreadlock, Dread Fall, Synthetic Hair Returns Policy
Siren Synthetics follows a strict quality control procedure to ensure all of our dispatched products are of the best quality and free of defects. This combined with health and safety hygiene laws means that we are unable to provide any form of refund, return or exchange on our dreadlock kits, dread falls or any hair products sold. Please also note this applies to all custom products, once production has begun on your order there can be no cancellations.
We do provide protection during postage for our customers, this is in the form of postal insurance and signed for delivery which all dispatched packages have. If your item arrives damaged or does not arrive at all then you must inform us within 7 days (including weekends) that your package has not yet arrived. We will then provide you with a form to complete and sign which will be used by the post office to process the claim. We will then be able to claim back the value if it was indeed lost.
Installs
Siren Synthetics can not be held responsible for dreads and extensions that are not looked after properly this is down to the customer. We also do not offer refunds if you just decide that you are not happy with your new style/look. We ask that all customers think carefully that what the order is what they want and we will obtain confirmation that you are happy with the install at the end of the session, if you say nothing then complaints can not be made later.
